How to book

Choose your accommodation and use the booking form to make a booking request or if you prefer either email us or call us on +4588936775 or on our mobile on +4522894256.

Terms and conditions

ALL OUR PRICES INCLUDE ALL TAXES, FREE WIFI, BEDDING, TOWELS & FINAL CLEANING.

When you make a booking request, you will receive an automatic email with your booking details. When we receive your request, we will then normally respond to you by email within 24h. Once you have confirmed to us that you want to go ahead with the booking, we will then send you an invoice by email and reserve your accommodation. On receipt of the invoice you will have 14 days to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. We can accept payment by either a bank transfer or by paypal. You can transfer the remainder any time up to your arrival or pay in cash or by mobile pay when you get here.

If you need to cancel your holiday please let us know as soon as you can. If we are able to re-let your holiday we will refund the cost less a 10% administration charge. If we are unable to re-let your holiday you will lose your full 50% deposit. We recommend you take out insurance in case we are unable to re-let your holiday.

Some important things to remember

  • You are welcome to explore our meadows, woods and the stream, but the safety of you and your children is your responsibility. Please take extra care.
  • Please leave your accommodation as you found it. If anything gets damaged please let us know so that it can be replaced.
  • Read the fire safety information in your accommodation handbook before using the stoves or campfires.
  • Sadly we cannot allow dogs (except service dogs).
  • We are flexible regarding departure and arrival times. However, please let us know about your travel plans at least a week in advance of your arrival, so we can consider the needs of other guests and be here to welcome you and say goodbye. Please also let us know well in advance whether you require pick-up or drop-off , as we are not always able to offer this service at very short notice.
